Happy Birthday, Radi! By Ashley
Happy Birthday to my Bulgarian son, Radi! Radi turned 20 years old last month!! I am a bit behind with my blog entries because my master tech guru has been swamped with work, both a blessing and curse. 😀
Radi is a kind-hearted, extremely gifted soccer player with an absolutely fantastic smile! Now, I don’t know much about soccer, but when I watch him play, I think to myself, “Wow! That kid has SKILLS!”
Radi’s favorite color is green, and his favorite food is the Bulgarian dish Mousakka. It is incredibly tasty! I put a link to a recipe below if you want to give it a try. His favorite food in America is Mexican. 😀 While he does like to play video games (Fifa being one of his preferred), it will come as no surprise that his absolute favorite thing to do is play soccer. In fact, this is just what he wants to do with his precious life. His dream would be to play for PSG in France.
If he could have a pet, he would have a dog or the ever-adorable but not-so-cuddly penguin.
Is there life on other planets? He needs some hard-core evidence to believe it.
Love is taking care of others and them taking care of you.
My birthday wish for Radi is for him to realize just how special, talented, and loved he is. Along with this, I wish for him always to be the best version of himself - to believe in himself and, in short, get out of his own way so that the great person he is can always shine! Both on the soccer field and in life!
